If client determines within the first 14 calendar days that any engineer does not meet performance requirements, client pays $0.00 for the hours worked and a replacement candidate is deployed within 5 business days.

1. Scope of Engagement

Client engages Provider to supply dedicated nearshore software engineering resources (2 Senior Developer(s): Senior Python & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer) to accelerate platform velocity, feature delivery, and system reliability.

2. Operational SLA & Timezone Alignment

Standard Commitment: 160 billable hours per developer per calendar month (40 hours/week).
Timezone Overlap: 100% synchronous overlap with US Eastern / Pacific business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
Communication: Real-time Slack/Teams integration, daily standups, and direct GitHub/GitLab repository access.

3. Intellectual Property Assignment

All source code, algorithms, architectures, and intellectual property created by deployed personnel constitute Work Made for Hire and vest 100% exclusively in Client upon creation.

4. Term & Cancellation Policy

Engagement runs month-to-month with complete flexibility. After the initial 14-day trial period, either party may terminate or modify squad capacity with 30 calendar days written notice.
