If at any time during the first fourteen (14) calendar days following engineer deployment, Client determines that the developer's technical execution or cultural fit is unsatisfactory, Client may terminate the engagement immediately with zero invoice liability ($0 owed).

In the event of contractor departure, technical mismatch, or reallocation request, Provider guarantees a pre-vetted replacement candidate slate within five (5) business days, maintaining sprint momentum without recruiter placement penalties.
