Contractor waives exercise of moral rights to the maximum extent permitted by Colombian law."

"To prevent employment subordination reclassification under Article 23 of the Colombian Substantive Labor Code, Contractor exercises autonomous technical execution, sets their schedule within mutually agreed sprint overlap SLA windows, provides their workstation, and verifies independent payment of social security contributions (PILA)."

If at any time during the first fourteen (14) calendar days following engineer deployment, Client determines that the developer's technical execution or cultural fit is unsatisfactory, Client may terminate the engagement immediately with zero invoice liability ($0 owed).

Rapid Replacement SLA

In the event of contractor departure, technical mismatch, or reallocation request, Provider guarantees a pre-vetted replacement candidate slate within five (5) business days, maintaining sprint momentum without recruiter placement penalties.
